Charli Xcx And Post Malone Win More Grammys

Charli XCX and Post Malone each won additional Grammys.

Yesterday (December 20), the Recording Academy announced additional nominations for the 2025 Grammy Awards. In the latest adjustment to the nomination list, both artists won Best Recording Package for their work as art directors on “Brat” and “F-1 Trillion.”

Both records were already included in this category, but neither musician was listed as a nominee when it was first announced.

This time, they will be up against Kate Bush in this category, and the “Wuthering Heights” singer was the art director for “The Hound of Love Edition” and won her first Grammy in nearly 30 years. Nominated for an award.

The latest update brings Charli’s total of nominations at next year’s event to eight, including Record of the Year for “360” and Album of the Year for cultural phenomenon album “Brat.”

Meanwhile, Malone currently has seven nominations, including Best Country Album and Song of the Year for his collaboration with Taylor Swift on Fortnite. Their collaboration appears on Swift’s 11th studio record, following 2022’s Grammy Award-winning “Midnights.”

Elsewhere, the “Circles” singer was recently announced as the Sunday night headliner at Coachella 2025, along with Lady Gaga and Green Day.

The festival will run from April 11-13 and April 18-20 and will feature performances by Missy Elliott, Megan Thee Stallion, BLACKPINK’s Lisa and Jennie, the original Misfits, The Prodigy, and FKA. Solo performances by Twigs, Beabadoobee, and others are scheduled. XCX released “Brat,” which took the culture world by storm in June, and was named NME’s Album of the Year.

“Sure, ‘Brat’ as a cultural sensation was something to behold. But ‘Brat’ as an album was the core record of the release, the music that underpinned the marketing, and the very Simply exceptional,” NME wrote.

“As a songwriter and lyricist, Charlie has spent much of his career oscillating between the extremes of unfazed demeanor and naked vulnerability. ‘Brat’ moves effortlessly along the scales and captures humanity. Delivering a bulletproof banger that leaves you with. This album is not only the best of Charlie, but also a new bar set of modern pop. ”

It looks like “Brat” Summer is scheduled for a second round in 2025. As well as Primavera, Charli has been confirmed as Parklife’s first headliner next year, and the ‘360’ artist is also curating a day at London’s LIDO festival, where she is set to perform at the best performance.

Additionally, she has two outdoor shows in Belfast and Dublin, is scheduled to perform at Coachella 2025, and has also announced a US arena tour in April and May.
