It’s the season for intense action on the gridiron! The NFL will host two notable Christmas Day games on Wednesday, December 25th, featuring four of the AFC’s best teams and two of the best Divas.
In Game 1, the Kansas City Chiefs (14-1) take on the Pittsburgh Steelers (10-5) at Acrizier Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with reigning Christmas Queen Mariah Carey opening the show. . In the second game, the Baltimore Ravens (10-5) will take on the Houston Texans (9-6) at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, and Beyoncé’s much-anticipated halftime show will take place.
When does Christmas NFL start?
The Chiefs vs. Steelers game will be broadcast live, with kickoff starting at 1 PM ET/10 AM PT and Ravens vs. Texans at 4:30 PM ET/1:30 PM PT.
Coverage for the NFL pregame show on Christmas Day begins at 11 a.m. ET/8 a.m. PT.
How to watch NFL online on Christmas Day
Both games are available on Netflix. This is the first time the streaming service will host a live NFL game, and the only way to watch the NFL on Christmas Day is by subscribing to Netflix. The game will not be broadcast nationally on NBC, CBS, Fox, ABC, ESPN or NFL Network.
However, if you live in the Kansas City, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, or Houston metropolitan areas, the game will be broadcast on your local CBS affiliate or subscriber-only Paramount+. Who will perform at the NFL’s Christmas halftime show
There will be a variety of performances across the NFL on Christmas Day during the doubleheader. NFL game days begin with Mariah Carey’s rendition of “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” and the Voices of Service quartet sings the national anthem before the Chiefs vs. Steelers game.
In addition, pop group Pentatonix will sing the national anthem before the Ravens-Texans game, and Grammy Award-winning recording artist Beyoncé will perform during the game’s halftime show.
Although she is not scheduled to appear, Taylor Swift is dating star tight end Travis Kelce, so it’s possible she could appear at the Chiefs-Steelers game.
