Bad Bunny Announces 21 Show Residency In Puerto Rico

Bad Bunny has announced an exciting new residency in his home of Puerto Rico, set to take place over 21 dates from July 11 to August 24. The concerts will be held every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the renowned “El Choli” Coliseo de Puerto Rico. This marks a significant milestone, as it’s both Bad Bunny’s first residency and the venue’s inaugural formal residency.

In an Instagram video, Bad Bunny expressed his excitement to be back home, saying, “I’m enjoying being home. And to be honest, I don’t want to leave.” The upcoming residency not only highlights his connection to Puerto Rico but also aims to draw international attendees, though the first nine shows will be exclusive to Puerto Rican residents.

This announcement comes on the heels of his recent album releases, including “Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana” and “Debí Tirar Más Fotos.” These projects have received positive reviews, particularly “Debí Tirar Más Fotos,” which has been praised for its heartfelt themes.

Additionally, Bad Bunny continues to make headlines in the entertainment world, with his participation in the trailer for the sequel to Adam Sandler’s “Happy Gilmore” and impressive earnings from his Most Wanted Tour, which garnered over $210 million, placing him among the highest-grossing tours of 2024. Fans can look forward to a memorable summer with the artist’s upcoming residency.
